Shell Houston Open Pro-Am cancelled due to storms

HOUSTON -- It wasn't the day golfers and spectators had hoped for with the Shell Houston Open. Before the tournament officially gets underway tomorrow, the Pro-Am was scheduled to hit the links today.

When storms moved through play was suspended, but as of 2 p.m. officials cancelled the day's event.

Tickets for today are for today only.
