Two suspects involved in a baby formula heist at a Baytown Walmart have been identified, police say.

BAYTOWN, Texas (KTRK) -- Police are looking for several suspects in a series of baby formula thefts from a Baytown Walmart.

Police say the thefts have occurred over the past several months at the Walmart in the 4900 block of Garth Rd.

"The suspects in these cases act in an orchestrated manner with the males acting as lookouts, while the women enter the store with a baby stroller or baby carrier and diaper bags," said Lt. Steve Dorris, with the Baytown Police Dept.

Police say the women load the diaper bags with the baby formula and leave the store without paying.

The suspects in this case have targeted the Walmart on Garth at least five times since January, police say. They have stolen more than $2,600 worth of baby formula.

"It is believed that the suspects may be selling the formula on the black market," said Lt. Dorris.

Jhoana Dresa, Francisco Javier Preza, and Gonzalo Martinez Garcia have been charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.

Baytown police are strongly discouraging people from purchasing baby formula from any "unauthorized vendor or third party."
