Spring trend number one is all about bright and bold colors. Our model wore a red-on-red top and bottom similar to looks seen on runways from New York City to Paris. But if it's too much for your personal style, fashion expert Ashley Dunn says take one piece and pair it with a basic.

Spring trend number two is known as "the cold shoulder." It exposes a little of the shoulder without exposing the full arm. Dunn wears this look by Beehive for $52.00. We found another cold shoulder option at Kohl's for $22.00.

Ruffles are spring trend number three, and not just a subtle flare but something that makes a statement like a blue and white gingham top from Beehive for $35.00. This black and white top we found online for $23.00 is also a great option.

Slogan shirts are here to stay for the season. For example, a sheer polo featuring the words "yeah baby", can really show your personality.
