HPD cruiser flips, hits pole in SE Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston Police officer was involved in a crash early Saturday morning in Southeast Houston.

The patrol car flipped upside down and crashed into a utility pole.

The air bags in the car were deployed, but despite the damage the officer was not hurt.

There is no word at this time as to what caused the accident.
