Ben & Jerry's has 3 new cereal-inspired flavors

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The mad ice cream scientists at Ben & Jerry's are making cereal milk ice cream, and it is glorious.

They are making three new "Cereal Splashbacks," flavors, Fruit Loot, Frozen Flakes and Cocoa Loco.

Ben & Jerry's "Flavor Guru" Eric Fredette said they wanted to bring people "back to the prize-at-the-bottom-of-the-box days, watching Saturday morning cartoons in pajamas."

The new flavors will be served exclusively at Ben and Jerry's "Scoop Shops" starting this month.
