Sip award-winning wines at Rodeo's Champion Wine Garden

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- One of the best-kept secrets of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is now becoming one of the most popular, the Champion Wine Garden.

Nestled in the shadow of the Astrodome, the Champion Wine Garden is a rodeo oasis.

You and your friends can sip more than 70 award-winning wines from the 2017 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition.

The Champion Wine Garden is located in Carruth Plaza.

Here's the Champion Wine Garden 2017 schedule:

Mondays - Thursdays: 4 to 11 p.m.

Fridays: 4 p.m. to midnight

Saturdays: 11 a.m. to midnight

Sundays: noon to 10 p.m.

While you drink your wine, you can also enjoy music. Live entertainment takes place every night, and twice a day on weekends.
