Man found stabbed to death on front porch in southeast Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are investigating a homicide after a man was found stabbed to death on a front porch in southeast Houston.

Officers say a woman heard someone banging on her door this morning and called 911.

Around the same time, police received a separate call about a person found dead in the area. Officers arrived at a home to find a man in his 20s or 30s stabbed to death.
