At Perfume and Luggage, we noticed the prices were better than retail, but it is still not better than FragranceNet.com.

The retail price for 212 Sexy Men by Carolina Herrera is $86 at Sephora. At the Harwin store, it's $59.99. It costs $39.19 online with a coupon. However, the one thing you should know is that Harwin stores will negotiate.

"We want to get it as a good deal, and we can. And we are going to go where we can, and this is the place where you can get it. I love them and they love me," customer Elmo McCutcheon said.

The Perfume and Luggage store is closing its shop in two to three weeks, so they are having deals on their colognes and perfumes.
