Deputies search for missing man with Down syndrome

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man with Down syndrome is missing and authorities are looking for the public's help to find him.

Julian Ramirez, 26, was last seen at noon today in the 14500 block of Presidio Square Boulevard in west Harris County. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and blue jeans.

Julian is described as 5'9", weighing about 200 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a light complexion.
