KATY (KTRK) -- Katy ISD has placed Cinco Ranch High School on 'secure mode' Monday morning, but it has been lifted. These means the doors are locked and nobody is allowed in or out. This is not a full lockdown.

Katy ISD says the reason for the 'secure mode' is that there was an incident this weekend between students from Cinco Ranch and another school. Some students said they were going to come and pick a fight again today.

The district is monitoring the tweets of students and trying to determine the credibility of the threat.
