Thieves attempt to steal ATM after crashing truck into CVS pharmacy in Galleria area

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Thieves smashed into a CVS pharmacy in the Galleria area in an attempt to steal the ATM from the store.

Police say the thieves used a white pickup truck to crash into the front glass doors of the store around 4am on San Felipe near South Voss.

They abandoned the truck and left behind the ATM that they tried to steal.

It doesn't appear anything was stolen from the store.
