HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A system of widespread heavy rain and storms are moving through the Houston area and through southeast Texas this morning.
A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for parts of Harris, Fort Bend and Wharton counties until 8:15am.

High water has already been reported on the northbound lanes of I-45 at N. Main, where cars are having to slow down to get through the floodwaters.
