HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A bold theft was caught on camera at the Raven Tower in the Heights.
Employees at the bar said a male suspect came inside for a drink then quickly went outside and ransacked the liquor supply.
Lindsay Gregory, the GM of Raven Tower, said the suspect was at the bar for about an hour with a female.
"They had one drink. That was it," Gregory said.
Surveillance video showed the two sitting inside a SUV. As the video continued, the male suspect got out of the vehicle and walked right into the liquor room.
It only took a couple seconds before he reappeared with a box.
"We are missing a box of tap handles for our draft wall, but I'm pretty sure he took more than just our tap handles," Gregory said. "I have my idea what it was, but I don't think we went through that many bottles of Crown that night."
She believes the theft was a crime of opportunity.
"We're gonna build an interior door so that the difficult one, we don't have to lock every time, but the interior one will be locked," she added.
