288 ramp at South Loop reopens after tractor trailer lost load of wood
A tractor trailer lost its load Monday morning the exit ramp to the South Loop from Highway 288 and completely closes the road.
HOUSTON -- A tractor trailer lost its load Monday morning shutting down the exit ramp to the South Loop from Highway 288 and now, it has reopened.
