Former LSU football player searching for stolen championship rings

SHREVEPORT, LA (KTRK) -- A former LSU football player is searching for his championship rings after he says someone broke into his home and stole them.

Among the items stolen from Seth Fruge's home were his SEC championship ring, Outback Bowl ring and his BCS national championship watch.

Since making an online plea for help, the Facebook post has been shared more than 44,000 times.

He played at LSU from 2009 to 2013.
