Galena Park man accused of passing out with kids in car

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Galena Park man is accused of putting children in danger, while passed out behind the wheel of a car.

Houston police say Domingo Flores, Jr., was high on drugs and driving a car while intoxicated on Friday, according to court documents. He had two children in the car with him when he allegedly passed out in a moving lane of traffic.

Flores, 37, is charged with endangering a child. No bond has been set in the case.
