CONROE, TX (KTRK) -- Three people are facing charges after authorities found guns, meth, several stolen trailers, riding lawn mowers, a truck and several other stolen items during a property search in Montgomery County.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says it all started with a traffic stop in Walker County. A deputy pulled over a person driving a trailer with a stolen license plate.

Authorities investigated further and say Jason Baughman, 42, of Conroe, sold the trailer. Authorities flew over his property in the 17800 block of Dogwood Drive, and saw other trailers there -- at least one they say was stolen.

Last Thursday, deputies searched Baughman's property and home. Authorities say they found a stolen Chevy 2500HD Truck, six stolen trailers, one stolen U-Haul Car hauler, a trailer with welder/compressor/generator, two stolen riding lawn mowers, 22 guns -- two

of which were reported stolen, 160 grams of meth, computer equipment, $3,300, and various other stolen items.

As a result of the search Baughman and two other people, Ryan Wulfjen, 34, and Jessica Joyce, 27.

Baughman is charged with possession of a controlled substance and felony theft. Wulfjen is charged with two counts of theft of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance. Joyce is charged with two counts of theft of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.

The investigation continues and authorities say further criminal charges may be filed.
