Domino's training reindeer to deliver pizza

JAPAN (KTRK) -- Santa isn't the only one who knows the value of reindeer. It seems Domino's Pizza is taking a page out of old Saint Nick's playbook.

The pizza chain is using reindeer to deliver pizza in the northern part of Japan this Christmas.

The company says they are working with reindeer breeders to prepare for extremely cold conditions this winter.

Each reindeer will be fitted with a GPS tracker so progress can be tracked in real time.

If the training video is any indication, it might be awhile until this is available.
