PHILADELPHIA, PA --An exploding package sent one person to the hospital in Philadelphia early Tuesday morning, ABC affiliate WPVI reports.
The incident took place inside a residence around 4 a.m. in the Center City area of the city, when a package containing some kind of medication exploded, injuring a 62-year-old man, Philadelphia police said.
Police say the victim received a manila envelope with an 'actual device.'
The victim believed that is was medicine, and the opened device went off injuring his face, chest and hands.
Investigators believe this is 'target specific' and not Terrorism.
So far, there is no word on that person's condition.
