Police say armed burglars held Whataburger employees up at gunpoint overnight

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three men are facing charges after police say they held up a Whataburger at gunpoint in north Houston.

HPD says the three robbers got away from the restaurant on West Little York and the North Freeway in a green pickup truck, but not for long.

Police tracked down the truck at Airline and Rittenhouse, and brought the men back to the scene.

Now all three are facing charges of armed robbery.
