FORT BEND COUNTY, TX (KTRK) -- A man was arrested for trying to vote twice, the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office said.

Phillip Cook, 62, of Richmond, was arrested at the Great Oaks Baptist Church, 7101 FM 2759, according to the FBCSO.

The man said he was working for Trump and "wanted to test the system," a spokesman said.
