Katy ISD student arrested, accused of posting inappropriate photo of underage classmate

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Mayde Creek High School student is facing criminal trouble after allegedly posting a nude photo of an underage female classmate, authorities said.

Katy ISD Police Department arrested 18-year-old Clifton Tatum on Monday. He's charged with unlawful disclosure of intimate visual and will be disciplined according to the school's student code of conduct, the district said.

On November 7, 2016, Katy ISD Police Department arrested a Mayde Creek High School student for allegedly posting an inappropriate photo online of a female student. The student faces charges of unlawful disclosure of intimate visual and will also be disciplined according to the Student Code of Conduct. In Katy ISD, protecting all students is a top priority and any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of any student will not be tolerated.
