The teen is arrested in Humble for shooting and injuring four children.

HUMBLE, TX (KTRK) -- A teen has been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting that wounded four young people.

The shooting happened at a home in the Kenswick Meadows subdivision at about 6pm on Monday, September 26. The Harris County Sheriff's Office says Timothy Caston, 18, was at his home with friends with another group of teens showed up and an argument broke out. Authorities say the two groups were fighting over a girl.

Authorities say Caston grabbed a handgun and shot at the teens. An 18-year-old and his 15-year-old brother were grazed by bullets, but two children were hit by bullets while playing in their front yard across the street from the home. Oscar Cerda, 11, and his six-year-old brother Daniel were outside playing soccer when they were hit, suffering leg injuries.

Witnesses reportedly identified Caston as the shooter. He been charged with aggravated assault with serious bodily injury.

All of the victims injured have been released from medical care.

Caston is currently free after posting a $30,000 bond.
