A park in SE Houston got a major makeover as part of an initiative to make green spaces available around town.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Southeast Houston's Gragg Park is reopening this weekend after a $3.5-million makeover as part of a city-wide initiative to expand residents' access to green spaces.
