This layered sandwich pays homage to street food found in Rimini, Italy

The Farm Club Tasca Wrap is a layered sandwich packed with flavor pays which tribute to the authentic street food found in Italy. Piada Italian Street Food's chef opened up his kitchen to show us how to make this wrap in minutes.

Farm Club Tasca:

- Piada dough (rubbed with olive oil and Italian seasoning)

- Buttermilk fried chicken (1 breast)

- California avocado (1/2 avocado)

- Balsamic Aioli (.5oz)

- Arugula (.25oz)

- Bruschetta tomatoes (1oz)

- Pancetta (1 piece)

- Sweet & spicy pickles (2 slices)

- Lemon basil dressing (.25oz)

Assemble all the ingredients on top of the Piada dough and fold into a wrap.
