Pacifier clips recalled over choking hazard
These pacifier clips could cause a baby to choke, Toys 'R' Us says

Babies 'R' Us says it is recalling nearly 53,000 pacifier clips after finding they could break, releasing small parts that could choke a baby.

The pacifier clips feature six colors and character designs, including a red monster, blue monster, monkey, giraffe, owl with one eye closed, and an owl with both eyes open.

The clips have a circular plastic cover affixed to a metal spring clip with a fabric strip with snaps at the other end.

These pacifiers clips can be identified with the model number EF6237F and "2014 Geoffrey, LLC" engraved on the back of the plastic covers.

Fortunately, there have been no injuries reported yet, but two families reported the pacifier clips could break open, exposing babies to the metal spring and other small pieces.

If you have these items, return them to the Babies 'R' Us or Toys 'R' Us store for a refund.
