A patrol car was smashed up overnight and the suspect was found sleeping inside the car

A Montgomery County Precinct 2 patrol car was found vandalized last night outside the constable's office, and the person believed to be responsible for shattering the vehicle's windows was found sleeping inside.

Conroe police, who were called to the scene, found the windows broken out -- apparently smashed with a toilet seat.

Police say the suspect was found passed out on the floorboards of the vehicle. Police say he didn't remember what happened. He was arrested at the scene. The suspect has not been identified.
