Woman struck by vehicle near Eastex Freeway
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A woman has been injured after being struck by a vehicle in northeast Houston.
The accident happened on Lauder Road near the Eastex Freeway.
An Eyewitness News crew is on the scene, and says you can see a cart in the roadway and a car stopped in a lane of traffic.
We do not yet know how the accident happened or the woman's condition.
We also hope to learn why the woman was in the roadway from investigators shortly.
Katherine Whaley says you can use Mount Houston or Aldine Bender as an alternate to get around the accident investigation scene.
