Car flips after hitting a patrol unit in north Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Harris County Deputy got rear-ended at the intersection of FM 1960 and Ella Blvd.

The deputy is reported to be fine and the guy in the flipped car is 'out of it' after surviving an accident in north Houston.
