Deputies have charged Christopher Wall with criminal mischief and making a terroristic threat. He has not been arrested.

The incident happened in the Willowbrook area. The incident happened shortly after midnight between drivers inside a GMC truck and a Volkswagen sedan.

In video shared exclusively with Eyewitness News, you can see the GMC truck barreling down the wrong side of the road. The driver got out of his vehicle and appears to hold his hands as if he's aiming a gun. The GMC driver then slammed his fists on the Volkswagen's hood.

You can hear a man say, "Really? Stop. Stop. Stop. Will you stop? What the (expletive); are you doing? You (expletive) psycho. I've got you on camera. Get the (expletive) away from me. Jesus Christ."

A witness told Eyewitness News the incident started at W. Greens Road and Cutten Road. He said the truck blew through a red light, so he honked his horn. The situation escalated into tailgating and then ended with the encounter caught on camera.

If found guilty, Wall could face up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $500.
