An interview with Dr. Austin Lane, Texas Southern University's new President. Dr. Lane is the TSU's 12th president and vows to ease safety concerns and boost student enrollment on the campus of this historically black university.

Crossroads is an ABC-13 community affairs program focusing on issues, topics and people of relevance to Houston's African American community. The half-hour program is hosted by ABC-13 anchor Melanie Lawson and features studio interviews, as well as taped reports. The program is broadcast on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of the month and airs at noon.
