Boyfriend killed in southwest Houston homicide

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston Police are investigating a shooting that left a man dead at a home on Lycomb Drive in southwest Houston.

Investigators were called to the home Sunday night due to a domestic situation.

"I wouldn't say there should be a heightened sense of fear or any danger here. It does seem to me some sort of domestic situation. Everyone who was in or around the house is in our custody and we are talking to them," says HPD Detective, Stephen Jimenez.

Several bags of evidence have been removed and a white car was towed from the street.

Police have not said if any arrests have been made.
