AUSTIN, TX (KTRK) --A Travis County jury indicted a teen accused in the murder of a University of Texas freshman back in April.
Meechaiel Criner has been indicted on a capital murder charge.

According to the indictment, Criner kidnapped, strangled and sexually assaulted Haruka Weiser.
He is not eligible for the death penalty because he's under 18.
