TITUSVILLE, FL --The brisk actions of a 9-year-old girl and CPR from a nearby stranger in the right place at the right time helped save a 3-year-old girl from drowning last Friday, officials said.
Keyuna Jordan was swimming in the pool of a Titusville, Florida, apartment complex when she went under water for almost two minutes, according to police.
Video surveillance shows Jordan's 9-year-old cousin, who spotted the toddler in the corner of the pool, pulling her lifeless body from the water.
The cousin was not named.
Breanna Moseley, 18, reportedly heard panic erupt from the opposite side of the pool and rushed over to help.
