HOUSTON (KTRK) --A body was discovered on the road in northeast Harris County Thursday morning. Harris County Sheriff's Office detectives began their investigation just before 6am.
Detectives took picture, placed evidence markers and questioned anyone near the scene.
"It's really sad just have no words," said resident Jose Rodriguez.
This is what residents of the East Aldine District woke up to Thursday morning. A shocking sight for those who have never seen anything like it.
"That's somebody's baby over there, regardless of what it is, nobody deserves to be there like that," said resident Joe Canales.
