Tropical Depression #3 upgraded to Tropical Storm Colin, still headed toward Florida

An update on the tropics
Meteorologist David Tillmans gives an updates on the tropics.

Tropical Depression #3 has just become Tropical Storm Colin. The weather system formed in the southern Gulf of Mexico and now has max winds of 40 mph.

The National Hurricane Center has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for parts of Florida's west coast from Indian Pass to Englewood, Florida.

The storm is expected to move north northeast across the eastern Gulf of Mexico and towards Florida's west coast.
