Child suffers severe head injury after fall from balcony in NW Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- LifeFlight airlifted a seven-year-old boy to Memorial Hermann Hospital after he fell from a third-story balcony at an apartment complex in northwest Harris County.

The incident happened in the 5500 block of Timber Creek Place Drive.

We're told the child, a 7-year-old boy, fell about 30 feet and suffered a severe head injury.
