A man is wanted in the theft of thousands of dollars in teeth whitening products

COLUMBUS, OH (KTRK) -- And now for a clean getaway for an unusual crime...

Police are now looking for an Ohio man who is accused of stealing more than $2,500 worth of teeth whitening kits.

Officials say Sean Patrick Burk, also known as 'The Dental Hygiene Hoodlum,' only stole Crest teen whitening strips.

The numerous thefts took place at stores in and around Columbus over the past two months.

Burk more than likely doesn't use the product for his own teeth, police say, but sells them on the black market to feed an alleged drug habit.
