Houston police search for suspect after brief chase involving stolen vehicle

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police are searching for a suspect after a brief chase involving a stolen vehicle in north Houston.

Houston police say the chase started around 11am and the suspects bailed out in front of Paige Elementary School and ran from the scene. One of the suspects was caught, but another is on the run.

No one was hurt.

A brief lockdown at the elementary school is now lifted by Houston Independent School District.
