Bear Creek residents are fearful that Addicks Reservoir will flood their neighborhood once again.

Residents who live around Bear Creek Village and the Addicks Reservoir remain on high alert, fearful that water levels may continue to rise and flood their homes. It comes after the national weather service issued a flood warning Wednesday.

One of her most treasured possessions is wet, but Maritza Bozzo was able to save a picture of her parents.

"This is my dad, he passed away. Very bad. Very, very bad. It's hard. Yeah. Very hard," she said. "I cry a lot. My husband says no more crying because my family is first."

The furniture, the walls and family videos are all ruined. The Bozzos lost almost everything on the first floor of their home.

Nearly two feet of water rushed in Monday in Bear Creek Village. This is the third time their home has flooded. Still, the worry isn't over.

Bozzo's niece Greco Elias said, "We're just like, oh my God, it's gonna keep raining, maybe the bayou is gonna go back up."

Bozzo has not been able to go back to her teaching job. She can't leave her house because car is also destroyed.

Bozzo said she wants to leave this house behind.

"No more here," she said. "I said to my husband I want to move because it's very, very bad, you know?"
