WASHINGTON (KTRK) --This alleged CIA plot is almost too ridiculous for a James Bond movie.
The online magazine 'The Intercept' reports the Central Intelligence Agency is investing in Skincential Sciences.
The company produces products that resurface the skin to make it clearer and more youthful, according to their website.

The magazine says, however, the products also strip a thin outer layer of skin, skin that contains bio-markers which could identify someone based on DNA.
The money is allegedly coming from In-Q-Tel, the venture capital arm of the CIA.
They also invest in touch-screen technology.
