Family held vigil for missing Houston friends
Families of a missing man and woman held a vigil Saturday, where they wore white to symbolize their hope that their loved ones will be found safe.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Family members are offering a $5,000 reward for information that can help find a missing Houston woman. Krislyn Gibson, 35, was last seen with Sidney Taylor, 35, in Austin in the early morning hours Saturday.

Taylor's car was found abandoned in Houston's Midtown on Tuesday.

Equusearch spent days searching Bear Creek Park, one of the last places Taylor's phone may have pinged. They found nothing and called off their search Thursday.

Gibson's father Josh Gibson says it's unlike her to not stay in contact with him. He says he doesn't have any indication anything bad has happened to Gibson, but he is still worried. She is a single mom and her parents are now caring for her young son.

Now Gibson's family is holding a vigil Saturday, where they plan to announce a reward for any information about the missing couple's whereabouts.

Anyone with information about their disappearance should contact police or Equusearch at 877-270-9500.
