SUGAR LAND, TX (KTRK) --Thousands of Beliebers will flood the Toyota Center on April 9th to see Justin Bieber's Puropse Tour concert and one 11-year-old boy from Sugar Land will be there too. However, he won't just see the show. Camaron Steen is dancing onstage with Bieber.
"Dance means a lot to me because I was always bullied," said Steen. "But in the dancing world, I feel like a star. I feel like, I don't have to be shy."
Steen earned a spot to dance with Bieber on stage after he mastered the choreography of Bieber's song, "Children." Thousands of kids submitted video of them dancing the routine, but only 4 lucky kids from each city were selected to share the Purpose stage with Bieber.
Steen is one of those kids and here's the YouTube video of his audition which helped him win:
Steen, who only began dancing two years ago, fought back tears when he learned he won.
"We are very proud of Camaron's accomplishments in dance and excited for him to share the stage with such an icon as Justin," said Steen's mom, Karen.
The 11-year-old told us, he is on a mission to encourage more young boys to dance.
