New details emerge in student's alleged sexual assault in SW Houston
We're learning new details in the alleged sexual assault of a Yes Prep student

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- We are learning new details about a student who says she was sexually assaulted while walking to school.

Houston Police say the teenage girl was walking to Yes Prep's southwest campus on Tuesday when she was abducted around 7:30am.

Parents and students saw an increased visibility in teachers, staff and security at Yes Prep

Investigators say she was placed in a vehicle and taken to a location near Harwin Drive and Corporate Drive.

That is when the student says she was assaulted by a heavy-set Hispanic man with black hair, and a black and gray beard.

Police say her attacker was driving a dark, tan-colored, newer-model 4-door SUV with a cracked windshield.
