Raven Tower is called one of Houston's 'quirkiest' buildings

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's been called the quirkiest building in Houston with the best 360 skyline view.

"People have been driving by it for 40 years saying What is that?" says Co-owner Will Thomas.

Built in the 1970's, the Raven Tower started as the headquarters to R.W. Walker and his Metal Enterprises company.

Today, the Raven Tower, located next to the new White Oak Music Hall, has been revamped and transformed into a cool space high in the sky.

The new neighborhood hangout has a 3,000 square foot patio along the Little White Oak Bayou and live music in the 1800 square foot pavilion.

The 6 story tower up in the air is also available for private parties.
