Reward offered for tips on alleged dollar store robbers in NW Houston

A reward is offered for information about two men accused of robbing a northwest Houston dollar store.

Two men were caught on surveillance camera around 6:24pm as they entered the Family Dollar store on February 24 in the 5700 block of Bingle Road at West Tidwell Road.

Investigators say the men approached a store employee and pulled out a gun, demanding money from a cash register.

One of the men threatened to shoot the victim if he did not follow his demands.

Both men fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Both men are described as black men. The first suspect had long braided hair, and was seen wearing a black and white jacket, dark pants and shoes. He had a silver and black semi-automatic pistol.

The second man, pictured here, was seen wearing a red long-sleeve sweatshirt, gray pants, and a black baseball cap with tennis shoes.

A $5,000 reward is available for information leading to their arrest. You can make an anonymous tip by calling 281-222-TIPS or submitting your tip online here. http://crime-stoppers.org.
