HOUSTON (KTRK) --Heavy rain is likely in Houston overnight through Wednesday afternoon, as 4-8" of rain could fall in some neighborhoods. The heavier totals are due to "training" thunderstorms that move one after the other over the same location. Chief Meteorologist Tim Heller explains.
