Taking steps to try to avoid new traffic jams as Clear Lake neighborhood grows

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A brand new grocery store and additional neighborhood growth means a lot more traffic for one busy Clear Lake intersection. But the city is making sure concerned residents won't be left sitting -- and sitting at the light. They just finished a major facelift at Clear Lake City and El Dorado boulevards.
