Whole Foods recalls blue cheese over possible listeria contamination

NEWTON, IA (KTRK) -- Check your fridge because there's a new recall today from Whole Foods for a possible listeria contamination.

The grocery store chain is recalling Maytag Raw Milk Blue Cheese after tests found the bacteria in two lots of products.

Maytay Dairy Farms suspened both production and distribution while the cause of the problem is determined.

Whole Foods says no illnesses have been reported in connection with the cheese.
