HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A driver suspected of killing a woman in an auto-pedestrian accident is now wanted by police in southwest Houston.
Investigators say the woman died on Bellaire Boulevard and Ranchester Drive.
Officers say he went through the green light and into the intersection, where the woman was pushing a grocery basket.
That is when police say he struck the woman with his car. Investigators say the man got out of the vehicle, looked at the woman's body, and then drove off.
He is believed to have been driving a four-door gray or silver sedan.
